Air Circuit Breaker and Contactor Ranges We Repair
The IEC-frame switchgear that European OEMs build into turbines, drives and switchboards: Masterpact, Emax, Siemens 3WL, IZM and TeSys LC1F, fixed and drawout, current and obsolete. Each one is stripped, rebuilt to OEM limits, injection-tested and flown back to your site with a certificate.

Breaker ranges
Each range has its own page covering the faults we see, what a refurbishment replaces and how the unit is tested.

Masterpact M
M08 to M63 with STR trip units, repaired in the original chassis instead of an MTZ retrofit.
Masterpact M
Masterpact NW & NT
NT06 to NT16 and NW08 to NW63, IEC and UL versions, fixed and drawout.
Masterpact NW & NT
Emax E1–E6
First-generation Emax with PR111 to PR123 trip units, including UL-listed "-A" versions.
Emax E1–E6
Emax 2
E1.2 to E6.2 with Ekip trip units, tested with ABB's Ekip test kit.
Emax 2
Siemens 3WL
Frame sizes I to III. 3WA trip units don't fit a 3WL, so repair keeps the cell as it is.
Siemens 3WL
Eaton / Moeller IZM
IZM20 to IZM40, IN and IZMX. The older IZM shares the Masterpact M mechanism.
Eaton / Moeller IZMContactors
High-current contactors
Above about 100 A, rebuilding a contactor usually beats buying a new one. The frame already fits the enclosure, the busbars and the control wiring.

LC1F contactors
LC1F265 to LC1F2100. Contacts, pole carriers, coils and auxiliaries, tested for pick-up and drop-out.
LC1F contactors
ABB AF and Siemens 3RT / 3TF
ABB AF and A-series, Siemens 3RT and 3TF. Rebuilt with contact sets and coils, tested the same way as an LC1F.

MCCBs, where repair makes sense
A small modern MCCB is a commodity, and if one fails we'll tell you to buy a new one. Repair earns its keep on large frames, roughly 630 A and up, on motorized breakers and on obsolete types where a like-for-like replacement no longer exists.
We work on ABB Tmax, Schneider Compact NS and NSX, Siemens 3VL and Eaton NZM where it is economic: operating handles, motor operators, adjustable trip units and auxiliary switches. Every repaired MCCB is trip-tested by secondary injection before it goes back.

Send us the nameplate
Older and less common ranges can often be supported from donor stock and re-machined parts. A photo of the nameplate and a description of the fault is enough for a first answer, the same working day.
- Fixed and drawout, IEC-frame and UL-listed versions
- Injection-test certificate, photos and parts list with every unit
- Exchange units for many models, held in the UK*
