Work completed

Major service. The contactor was stripped and inspected. One pole carrier showed severe arc damage; it was removed with its burnt moving contact assemblies, repaired and dressed, and moving contact assemblies were refitted across all three poles.

All main contacts were dressed and contact alignment and simultaneity checked. Surface rust was removed from the drive shafts and mechanism rails, and the mechanism cleaned, re-lubricated and proved free through repeated manual operation.

Defects found: no outstanding remedial work. Temperature at test: 20 °C. Completed and approved September 21, 2026.

Schneider's own guidance says TeSys F contactors can't be repaired, and the range has been obsolete since 2023. This certificate is why we disagree. LC1F contactor repair · Can an LC1F be repaired?
